Dr. Daltry provides Individual Counseling. She is experienced in treating a wide array of issues and disorders, including:

Dr. Daltry also specializes in Sports Psychology and working with athletes. These services include:

Working with athletes on an individual basis
Consultation with coaches, athletic personnel, etc.
Working with teams or small groups of athletes on team building, performance issues, conflict resolution, etc.

While considering herself an integrative

therapist, Dr. Daltry works from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. She also incorporates Mindfulness into her therapy.

Initial Phone consultation is free. Initial appointment is $180 and ongoing counseling sessions are $170. Dr. Daltry does not accept any insurance but can provide documentation so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.
